Chicago hotels and other hotels that charge for parking require an
additional fee to cover what I get charged for parking there.

exclusive arrangement is your opportunity to have me all to yourself.
These rates are non-negotiable. If you cannot afford my rates, I
suggest you seek the companionship of a provider who is within your
budget. Any attempt to negotiate my fee is in poor taste and
will not be tolerated.
Breakfast, lunch, or dinner is expected during dates
lasting longer than five hours.

Adult film and photo shoot rates are
negotiated on a case by case basis. I accept TFCD/PFT/TFP on a
very limited basis. I will decide after viewing and considering
your portfolio/website. I must leave our photo shoot with a CD of
all raw shots. You must e-mail me the final edits within two weeks
of our photo shoot. Post-production work on the images is your
responsibility. Dual rights are implied. I will provide my
own professional makeup, hair, and wardrobe/costumes.
Money exchanged is intended for time and companionship
only. Anything else that may occur is a matter of personal choice
between two consenting adults of legal age and is not contracted for,
nor is it requested to be contracted for in any manner. This is not an
offer of prostitution. Contacting me constitutes acceptance of these
terms. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. I do not offer any
illegal services. Anything implied or inferred within these pages is not
to be taken as inducement for payment for anything other than time and
companionship. Anything that occurs is based on the strict understanding
that it will be a matter of choice between two consenting adults and not
contracted for or compensated in any way.
